How To Use
- Dry your teeth.
For best adhesion, start with a clean, dry surface. Gently blot your teeth with a tissue if needed. - Apply the strips.
Place the longer strip on your upper teeth and the shorter one on your lower teeth. Press gently to secure and smooth out any bubbles. - Wear for 30-60 minutes.
Relax and let the formula work. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking during use. - Remove and rinse.
Peel off both strips and rinse away any remaining gel. Brush gently if desired. - Repeat daily.
Use once a day for 7 consecutive days for optimal results.
Tips for best results:
