Blueberry bliss
I bought this toothpaste and I can't keep it to myself. I don't have to tell my 10 year old to brush their teeth anymore they're excited to do it. And I can see the improvement in my husband's teeth who has smoked for 10 years. Everyone who uses this toothpaste seems to love it, and I do as well.

Mint haters: there is a cooling effect in the non mint flavors, still good.
I’m switching from a different nHA toothpaste brand (Boka) since I felt there wasn’t a significant change in tooth sensitivity despite my hygienist noticing a marked improvement in tooth health.
There is a cooling sensation when using the blueberry flavor, possibly from the xylitol or the menthol in it. Coming from someone who despises mint in toothpaste the effect was slightly off putting given the otherwise good flavor of the toothpaste. After a few uses I don’t mind the cooling effect as much, but I would prefer its absence.
I still give the product 5 stars as after a few uses there was a dramatic reduction in tooth sensitivity and the tablet foams nicely in your mouth as you chew so I’ve ended up preferring the tablet now over traditional gel.
At present I still prefer the lemon lavender flavor from Boka, but Arcastral has impressed me enough via quality of product to keep my business. I will be trying their other non mint flavors to find a new favorite.
